Returns

14 day return policy at time of arrival. Must be returned in original, saleable condition. Return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer. Please fill out a completed return form including your name, contact number and order number. 

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or colour, please state this clearly on your return form.

Returns are processed within 7 working days of arrival and refunds or exchange (as outlined in your return form) will be issued shortly. 


Please note that during busy times, such as the summer holidays returns/exchanges may take longer to process but will be no longer than 14 days from time of arrival.

Faulty or damaged products

  • -How do I measure my horse for a blanket?

    (I would like to make a video of us demonstrating how to do this. I will see about doing this or we can remake this graphic:

     

    To measure your horse for a blanket you need to start with a soft measuring tape like those used for sewing. Put the end of the measuring tape at the center of your horse’s chest and run it along their body to the point of their bum or edge of their tail. This will give you the length of blanket you need (example, 72”, 81”). You can also take a look at our blanket sizing guide to see what blanket size your horse would be based on their height. However, we do recommend that you still measure your horse in case they are a smaller or larger blanket size than the standard.
