2 YEAR LIMITED TURNOUT BLANKET WARRANTY
Valoro Sport Inc. provides a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty on Valoro turnout blankets, effective from the original date of purchase from Valoro Sport or an authorized Valoro Sport retailer.
If a Valoro turnout blanket is found to have a defect in its outer shell fabric, waterproofness, breathability, materials, hardware, or manufacturing workmanship during the warranty period, Valoro Sport will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no cost, subject to the terms outlined below.
What is Covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures arising under normal, intended use, including:

Defects in the fabric's construction, integrity, or performance resulting from faulty materials or manufacturing.

Failure of the outer shell's waterproof performance due to a manufacturing or material defect, provided the blanket has been properly used, maintained, and cared for.

Defects affecting the intended breathability of the outer shell fabric.

Manufacturing defects in buckles, fasteners, straps, and other original hardware components.

Defective stitching, seams, binding, and other original components resulting from manufacturing faults.
What is Not Covered?
While our blankets are engineered for durability and performance, no horse blanket is indestructible. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration from regular use.
Accidental damage, including tears, punctures, cuts, abrasions, or damage caused by horses, fencing, trees, or other external objects.
Biting, chewing, rubbing, kicking, or other horse-related damage.
Misuse, negligence, improper handling, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Excessive strain or force placed on fabric, straps, closures, or hardware.
Improper washing, drying, storage, or care, including the use of unsuitable detergents or waterproofing treatments.
Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed without prior authorization from Valoro Sport.
Damage caused by incompatible accessories or components.
Improper fit or sizing, including damage resulting from a poorly fitted blanket.
Loss, theft, or damage unrelated to manufacturing or material defects.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
Warranty coverage applies when the product has been used for its intended purpose and maintained in accordance with Valoro Sport's product care instructions.
If a product is determined to have a defect covered under this warranty, Valoro Sport will, at its discretion:
Repair the defective product at no cost; or
Replace the product with the same model or, if unavailable, a comparable product of equivalent quality and value.
If the original product is no longer available, Valoro Sport reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative.
002// HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

If you believe your Valoro turnout blanket has a manufacturing or material defect, please contact our customer support team at info@valorosport.com.

To help us evaluate your claim, please provide:
Your name and contact information.
Proof of purchase showing the purchase date and authorized retailer.
The product name, size, and colour.
A description of the issue and when it was first noticed.
Clear photographs of the entire blanket and the affected area.
Any additional information that may assist our assessment.

Our team will review your submission and may request additional photographs, information, or the return of the product for inspection.
Please do not return a product without first receiving authorization and return instructions from Valoro Sport.
All products returned for inspection must be clean and dry.

If a warranty claim is approved, Valoro Sport will cover the cost of the authorized repair or replacement and standard shipping of the repaired or replacement product to the customer. Any return shipping arrangements or costs will be communicated before the product is sent.
If the product is found not to qualify for warranty coverage, we will explain our findings and discuss any available options.
003// WARRANTY TERMS
This warranty applies to eligible Valoro turnout blankets purchased directly from Valoro Sport or an authorized Valoro Sport retailer.
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and remains valid for 24 months.
Original dated proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by Valoro Sport.
Valoro Sport reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for warranty consideration.
